膜分离法最适合于处理VOCs浓度较高的废气,对大多数间歇过程,因温度、压力、流量和VOCs浓度会在一定范围内变化,膜系统的设备有较强的适应性,。近几年来,国外的实验室研究分离VOCs使用得最多的膜分离材料是聚二甲基硅氧烷PDMS。它从结构上看属半无机、半有机结构的高分子,具有许多独特性能,是目前发现的气体渗透性能好的高分子膜材料之一。研究人员大多是采用聚枫PS、聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)、聚间苯二甲酸乙二酯PEI等材料作为支撑层,使用PDMS涂层堵孔,作为选择性分离层,选择性分离VOCs/N2或空气体系,都取得了理想的实验结果。
